Angel Rizov
Angel Rizov joined Kambourov & Partners in 2006 and is a key member of the firm’s M&A and Dispute Resolution practices. He advises domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, restructurings and cross-border investments, with particular experience in matters involving regulated industries and large-scale strategic assets.
Angel regularly supports M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and investment projects, with a particular focus on legal due diligence, litigation risk assessment and the identification of contentious or contingent liabilities. His combined transactional and disputes background allows him to assess legal risks from both an acquisition and enforcement perspective, particularly in projects involving complex regulatory, corporate and operational considerations.
He frequently works alongside international law firms and multinational clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions and has extensive experience advising on matters in the telecommunications, energy and infrastructure sectors.
