Emil Emanuilov, a highly recognised figure in the field of litigation and arbitration in Bulgaria, leads the Litigation, Arbitration & ADR department at Kambourov & Partners. He boasts an 18-year tenure at the firm, where he has earned a reputation for his comprehensive expertise in representing clients before Bulgarian courts, domestic and international arbitration proceedings, and his handling of a wide array of individual claims across various business law sectors. 

Possessing a strong international focus, Emil excels in handling multijurisdictional litigation and international arbitration. He also has extensive experience in exequatur procedures, writ of execution procedures, and setting aside of arbitral awards, among other legal processes. 

His wealth of experience spans all areas of commercial litigation. This allows him to provide comprehensive legal services, such as conducting regulatory investigations, implementing freezing and enforcement actions, performing asset tracing and recovery, and addressing banking fraud, complex commercial fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and investigations.
