Veronika Hadjieva

Veronika Hadjieva joined Kambourov & Partners in 2004. She is the head of the firm's Corporate Governance practice and a key Corporate and M&A expert. Veronika works side to side with both domestic and international clients in large-scale, local and cross-border transactions. Her experience covers domestic and trans-border M&A, corporate finance, foreign investments, consolidations and de-mergers, business separation, corporate structuring, privatization, post-privatization/post-acquisition unbundling and restructuring of acquired enterprises, information memoranda, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, escrow account agreements and others. Veronika has been at the forefront of many of the firm's largest M&A mandates and is qualified in a range of industry sectors including IT, media, telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, retail, energy.

Veronika serves as the Treasurer with the Young Lawyers’ Committee (YLC) of the International Bar Association.
