The latest issue of Insolvency and Restructuring International is now available for online access. The journal is published twice a year by the Insolvency Section, part of the International Bar Association's Legal Practice Division, and reaches over 800 leading practitioners around the world.
Yavor Kambourov contributed to the current issue with an article on the recent developments in the Bulgarian case law and judicial practice. The article sums up the nine issues related to insolvency and creditor/debtor regimes in Bulgaria, which were decided upon by the Supreme Court of Cassation in an Interpretative Judgment issued late last year. The article also endorses the forthcoming work of expert groups regarding new legislative regulations to improve and adapt the Bulgarian insolvency legislation.
