Kambourov & Partners participated in the 3rd AmChams Regional Economic Summit (ARES), held on 25–26 June 2026 in Sofia. Organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria together with the AmChams ARES network, the Summit brought together representatives of business, public institutions and international organisations to discuss regional economic cooperation, investment, innovation and competitiveness across Southeast Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
The firm was represented by Dennitsa Dimitrova, Managing Partner of Kambourov & Partners – Tax Consulting, Angel Rizov, Yana Todorova and Mario Arabistanov, Partners at Kambourov & Partners, and Alexandra Petrova, Manager, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing at Kambourov & Partners – Tax Consulting.
Dennitsa Dimitrova, Angel Rizov, Mario Arabistanov and Alexandra Petrova participated in the panel "From Security Needs to Economic Opportunity: Scaling Defense and Dual-Use Innovation in the ARES Super-Region", which explored the legal, tax and regulatory framework supporting innovation, investment and cross-border cooperation in the defence and dual-use sectors. The discussion also featured Emiliya Stoyanova, Head of Legal and Compliance at EnduroSat, and was moderated by Iskren Krusteff.
Yana Todorova joined the plenary session "Digital Transformation, Innovation and the AI Revolution", where participants discussed artificial intelligence, digital connectivity, IoT networks, digital skills and the technologies shaping business competitiveness.
