In a time when the market is saturated and tenants are ever more demanding, a project is emerging as an excellent example of a competitive and functional office building. Park Lane Office Center is a planned 30 million euro, 11-storey office building in the “Hladilnika” District in Sofia. Its completion is expected in mid-2021, when it will offer 23,500 sq.m of Class A commercial space to potential tenants.
